Deze redenering mist zowel juridische als wetenschappelijke grondslag.<br><br>Ik onderzoek daarom de formele kaders en de feitelijke onderbouwing:<br>welke bepalingen en Staatsblad\u2011publicaties zijn relevant, waarom mos niet kan worden aangemerkt als asbesthoudende toepassing, en welke gevolgen een dergelijke misinterpretatie heeft voor handhaving, risicobeoordeling en sectorale proportionaliteit.
